Rep. Reynolds Releases Statement Regarding Supreme Court Ruling on Gay Marriage
Texas House Democratic Whip Ron Reynolds released the following statement today regarding the Supreme Court's ruling on gay marriage: "Let me be clear, I'm a proud Christian family man that is married to my wife and have three children," said Rep. Reynolds. "With that being said, I support equality for all. As a past president of the Missouri City NAACP, I've been a longtime advocate of the civil rights movement and fierce advocate of social justice by fighting for racial and gender equality. In the past, my faith wouldn't allow me to support gay marriage. However, over recent years, I have evolved to also fight for equal rights for the LGBT community as well. I totally support the Supreme Court's decision today."
Texas School Discipline Practices Target African-American Students

Thank you to the constituents of District 27! I am humbled and honored to serve you.
